How to Buy Laboratory Supplies Online via Kyberlife

Marketplace Order

1. Locate

Search by product name, CAS number, catalog number or explore Kyberlife's many categories.


2. Purchase & Get Your Purchase Order (PO)

2.1 Simply add the selected products to the cart and proceed to check out with a credit card payment. (PO processing for shopping cart orders are possible for punchout catalog integrations and work in progress for www.kyberlife.com)


3. Track Your Order

3.1 Access your dashboard to manage and track your orders in real time.



4. Reorder

4.1 Easily repurchase the same products by going to your dashboard, then to your marketplace orders, click 'View' under 'Actions' then simply 'Rebuy'.


 

RFQ Orders (Request for Quotation)

For RFQ orders, once you find the product you'd like to purchase, you can either generate an Instant Quotation for immediate order processing or Request For Quotation (RFQ) if you are purchasing in larger quantities or have any special request (bulk discounts and custom arrangements).


You will receive both the quotation and invoice via the platform on your dashboard. Once payment is made for the invoice, this will be automatically converted to a RFQ order and you will be able to track the order under the "Orders" section on the left hand side menu.


1. Locate

Search by product name, CAS number or explore Kyberlife's many categories.


2. Edit Product Request

Once you've requested a quote, the requested products will be added to the RFQ Items Summary Board.


2.1 Before submitting the RFQ request, you can edit the request details.



2.2 The RFQ form will then be displayed. You can select the closed or open bid options.


2.3 Simply fill in the details needed for the quote e.g. Preferred Unit Price, Quantity, Unit, and adding documents if needed.



2.4 Save and submit the RFQ.



3. Track & Issue a Purchase Order (PO)

Once you've submitted the RFQ, you can track it on your dashboard. You will first receive the seller’s bids. If you have requested quotations from multiple sellers when filling up the RFQ form, this is where you can compare and select the seller’s bid you would like to proceed with.



3.1 Approving the bid would enable the seller to generate a quotation. You'll be able to access this in your dashboard under "quotations" where you will see the generated quotes from sellers.


3.2 Click 'View' to check for details. If you'd like to purchase the item, simply click 'Accept', download the quote for your procurement team to issue a PO to Kyberlife for an order confirmation.


3.3 The seller will then generate an invoice to send it over to you. You'll be able to access this in your dashboard under "invoices".


3.4 Once you've received the invoice, please proceed to make payment. You can upload the payment advice as proof of payment for verification. After payment is successful, this order will be automatically turned into a bulk order and you will be able to track the order under "RFQ & Product Sourcing Orders".



4. Reorder

Easily repurchase the same products by going to your dashboard, then to your RFQ orders, then click on the 'Rebuy' option.



 

Instant Quotations

1. Get Instant Quotations

To process orders immediately without going through the bidding process, simply get instant quotations for the products by a simple click.



2. Accept Quotation and Issue a Purchase Order (PO)

Once you've clicked on the 'Get Instant Quotation' button, you will be directed to your Quotation dashboard.


You will then be able to review the quotation details, download it, and submit it to your procurement/finance team to issue a purchase order.



 

Payment Methods

Kyberlife accepts all major credit cards supported by VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. Your card details will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards supported by Stripe.


For Marketplace Orders, once you've added the products to the cart, simply check out, and pay with a credit card. Shopping cart checkout with Purchase Orders is currently available for punchout catalog integrations and work in progress for www.kyberlife.com.

No worries! Kyberlife has just the solution for you.


You can get Instant Quotations or place RFQ Orders, once you've received a quote from the seller, you can then download the purchase order (PO), and submit it to your procurement team to make the payment. Please refer to section 3. Track & Issue a Purchase Order (PO) under RFQ Orders.
